What a managed campaign includes
Each engagement is a defined scope of work: channel selection, campaign construction, creative, measurement, optimization, and reporting. The items below are what the management fee pays for.
Channel planning and buying
We operate campaigns across four channel categories. The mix for each client is set in the service agreement and reviewed at every reporting cycle.
Search Advertising
- Keyword and query research, account and campaign structure
- Bid management against target CPA or ROAS
- Ad copy drafting, testing, and rotation
- Negative-keyword and search-term hygiene
Social / Feed Advertising
- Audience definition: interest, behavioral, lookalike, and first-party lists
- Placement and format selection across feed surfaces
- Creative testing frameworks with documented results
- Frequency and budget pacing controls
Programmatic Display
- Inventory and exchange selection with placement controls
- Viewability and brand-safety filters applied by default
- Frequency capping and dayparting
- Domain-level reporting on request
Affiliate Marketing
- Publisher recruitment and vetting under written agreements
- Commission structures tied to agreed CPA targets
- Link-level conversion tracking and validation

Build, measure, optimize, report
Account & Campaign Setup
We configure or take over advertising accounts, structure campaigns to match the objective, and set targeting, bidding, and budget pacing. Deliverables include the account structure document and a pre-launch checklist signed off by the client.
Creative Production
Ad creative — copy, static, and video variants — is produced by contracted creative studios under our direction. Deliverables are itemized in the campaign plan, and studio fees are settled through Stripe Connect as part of our partner network.
Pixel & Conversion Tracking
We install and verify platform pixels and conversion events on the client's site or app, coordinate landing page requirements, and test the full click-to-conversion path before launch. Tracking status is confirmed in the written launch notice.
Ongoing Optimization
Human media buyers review campaigns on a defined cadence and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative toward the agreed CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS targets. We optimize toward agreed KPIs; we do not promise specific outcomes.
Performance Reporting
Each reporting cycle closes with a written report. Standard fields: period, channel, campaign, spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CVR, CPA, ROAS, plus a usage summary showing opening balance, media usage, fees, and closing available balance.
Landing Page Coordination
We specify landing page requirements for each campaign and coordinate with the client's team or vendors on implementation. Landing page development itself, when needed, is scoped and quoted separately in writing.
What the monthly report contains
The same field set is used in every report and every statement, so usage, performance, and billing can be read side by side.
| Section | Fields | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Impressions, clicks, CTR, spend by channel and campaign | What ran and what it cost to deliver |
| Conversion | Conversions, CVR, CPA, ROAS against agreed targets | Whether the campaign is meeting the agreed KPIs |
| Billing | Opening balance, media usage, management fee or performance fee, closing available balance | How the prepayment was consumed, reconciled to media invoices |
| Actions | Material changes made during the period and planned changes | A written record of optimization decisions |
