- Payment processors — including Stripe, which processes client payments and partner settlements under its own privacy terms.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Retention & security
We keep engagement records — agreements, ledgers, invoices, statements, and reports — for the life of the engagement plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. Access to client data is limited to staff and contracted partners who need it for the engagement, and we use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards.
5. Your rights & choices
